James Pearson trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Birmingham. He then gained further experience running the finance departments of major manufacturing and distribution companies.

James set up Active Finance five years ago - the organisation offers management consultancy and corporate recovery strategies to a wide range of companies as well as providing both non-executive and part time finance director services.
